What Does a Communication Coach Do?
A communication coach helps you say what you mean clearly at work and in everyday conversations. Your coach listens to how you communicate, gives you specific feedback, and helps you practice for the situations you actually face.
Coaching can help if you:
Get nervous or sound unsure when you present or speak up in meetings
Have been told at work that you need to improve how you communicate
Ramble, lose your point, or give more detail than people need
Use a lot of filler words, or talk too fast
Struggle to find the right words when someone puts you on the spot
Want to speak more clearly or work on your tone, volume, or grammar
For executives, founders, and senior leaders, our Executive Communication Coaching focuses on executive presence, high-stakes presentations, and how you use your voice.

What to Expect From Your Communication Coach
Sessions are live, online, and one-on-one on Zoom. You’ll need a computer or tablet, an internet connection, and a quiet space. We offer daytime and evening times.
This isn’t a recorded course. You work directly with your coach in every session.
You practice situations from your own life, try different ways of communicating, and get direct feedback from your coach. Between sessions, you practice on your own, and your coach adjusts the strategies based on what’s working for you.
Because our coaches are licensed speech-language pathologists with a master’s degree and the Certificate of Clinical Competence, they understand how speech, language, and voice work together and can show you what to practice.
Goals you can work toward with your coach:
Strengthen your public speaking skills
Organize your thoughts and speak more clearly in meetings, presentations, and conversations
Use your pace, tone, and delivery to make your message easier to follow
"I gained practical strategies for preparing for important conversations, setting the tone before meetings, practicing active listening, and communicating more effectively and confidently."
