Executive Communication Coaching
One-on-one online coaching for executives, founders, and senior leaders. Improve your executive presence, strengthen your presentation skills, and communicate with greater clarity and confidence.
Does This Sound Like You?
As your role grows, you present to larger groups, field tougher questions, and speak in more situations where your words carry weight.
You might:
Know your material but come across less sure of yourself than you are
Hear that you need more “executive presence,” without anyone telling you what that means
Lose people’s attention or give more detail than they need when you present
Speed up, trail off, or sound flat when the pressure is on
Get thrown off by a tough question you didn’t see coming
Dread an upcoming board meeting, keynote, or town hall
All of these are things you can work on in coaching.
What You Can Work On in Executive Communication Coaching
Coaching is built around the situations you face as a leader and can include any of these areas:
Executive presence
✓ Speaking with authority without sounding stiff or rehearsed
✓ Getting to your main point clearly, even under pressure
✓ Handling tough questions and pushback
✓ Leading meetings and difficult conversations
High-stakes presentations and public speaking
✓ Building a presentation around what your audience most needs to hear
✓ Presenting to boards, investors, and large audiences
✓ Keeping people engaged in the room and in online meetings
✓ Practicing ways to handle nerves before and during a talk
Your voice and delivery
✓ Slowing down and pausing on purpose instead of filling silence with “um” and “so”
✓ Using tone and emphasis so you sound engaged, not flat
✓ Being heard in a large room without straining
✓ Finishing your thoughts clearly instead of letting your voice trail off
Why Our Coaching Is Different
How you organize your ideas, respond to questions, and use your voice all shape your executive presence. Every coach at Connected Speech Pathology is a speech-language pathologist, trained to help with all three.
Your coach uses their graduate training in speech, voice, and communication to identify patterns in how you speak and help you practice changes to your pace, tone, volume, and delivery. Our coaches hold a master’s degree and the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. One of our coaches is also certified in workplace conflict resolution.
"My coach worked with me to improve my executive and personal communication. Working with my coach was the first time I felt empowered to make true progress in my directness, tone, pace and different styles of work communication."

What Sessions Are Like
Live and online
Sessions are one-on-one and held live online on a secure video platform. All you need is a computer or tablet and an internet connection. Daytime and evening times are available.
A plan based on your goals
You start with an assessment. Your coach listens to how you speak, asks about your goals, and may use short readings, conversation samples, or tools that analyze your voice. Based on the assessment and your goals, your coach recommends how many sessions to start with.
Practice with real-life situations
Sessions combine practical exercises and real-world practice, such as getting ready for an upcoming board presentation, investor pitch, or difficult conversation. Your coach gives you direct feedback, and you practice again.
How to Get Started
The initial assessment is $175. Sessions after that are $75 for 30 minutes, $110 for 45 minutes, or $150 for 60 minutes. We are a private-pay practice with no contracts, so you pay as you go.
Many professionals use employer professional development funds to cover coaching, and we provide invoices and documentation to support reimbursement or approval.
Clients outside the U.S. can book through our International Booking page.
