All coaching sessions are held online through a secure video platform. You can join from your home or office using a computer with a reliable internet connection. We’ll send you a link before each session, and no special software is required.
To make the most of your coaching, we often provide practice exercises tailored to your goals. These may include speaking drills, role-play scenarios, writing assignments, or communication challenges to apply between sessions. The assignments are designed to fit your schedule and reinforce what you learn, so you see progress quickly.
Our coaching packages are flexible and designed to fit a range of needs. Most clients begin with an initial assessment ($175) followed by six 60-minute sessions priced at $150 each.
If needed, we also offer 30-minute sessions for $75 and 45-minute sessions for $110. There are no contracts or long-term commitments, and you can stop anytime.
We provide detailed receipts and documentation to help you use professional development funds or request reimbursement from your employer.
