Adult ADHD & Executive Function Coaching
One-on-one online coaching for adults and college students with ADHD or executive function challenges. Work on focus, planning, and follow-through, plus communication skills like organizing your thoughts and getting your point across clearly.
Does This Sound Like You?
You know what you want to say and what you need to do. Getting there is the hard part.
You might:
Ramble or hear that you need to get to the point faster
Do fine when you can prepare, but go blank on the spot
Know what you want to say, but it comes out jumbled
Fill pauses with "um" and "like," or talk too fast
Sound less sure of yourself than you are
Feel overwhelmed and struggle to get started
Get distracted or forget what you were supposed to do
If any of these sound familiar, we can work on them together.

Why Our Coaching Is Different
At Connected Speech Pathology, every coach is also a speech-language pathologist with extensive communication training. So your coaching doesn't have to stop at calendars, task lists, and productivity strategies.
We can address executive function and communication together, including the ways attention, organization, and processing affect how you communicate at work, school, and in everyday conversations.
"My coach analyzed how I process speech and communication, then identified some of the ways that my specific process affected my executive functions. Then she recommended some tools and techniques, that we customized together, to improve those areas I was weak. … My inbox is still nice and clean!"

What Sessions Are Like
Live and online
Sessions are one-on-one and held online. All you need is a computer or tablet and an internet connection. Daytime and evening times are available.
A plan based on your goals
Coaching begins with an assessment. Your coach learns how you work, where you get stuck, and what you want to change. Then you decide together what to focus on first. How long you continue coaching depends on your goals.
Practice with real-life situations
You practice with situations from your work, school, or daily life, like breaking down an upcoming project, organizing what you want to say in a meeting, or getting started on an email you've been putting off.
