Angela Chen M.S. CCC-SLP
Growing up as an English Language Learner, Angela witnessed firsthand the doors that effective communication skills can unlock. She went on to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College New Jersey and obtained her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Angela is passionate about making therapy functional and equipping clients with the tools they need to be confident communicators in their everyday lives.
Angela has extensive experience delivering online speech-language services to individuals across the lifespan. She specializes in aphasia, apraxia of speech, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She is a Certified P-ESL Accent Modification Instructor and TouchChat Partner. Angela is licensed in the states of Florida, Georgia, Maine and California. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Angela resides in Tampa, FL with her boyfriend and their two dogs. She enjoys training for marathons and triathlons, reading, and learning Spanish.
